3 mangoes, diced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 tsp minced onion
1/2 red bell pepper, diced

Everything bagel seasoning, to taste

Instructions:
Wash and dry lettuce leaves, set aside. Prepare the mangoes, avocado, onion, red bell pepper, and tomato as indicated. Place a variety of diced mangoes, avocado slices, minced onion, red bell pepper, and tomato onto each lettuce leaf.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, everything bagel seasoning, and chili flakes according to your preference.Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing lettuce boats!
Lettuce Sweet Potato Boats
3 lettuce leaves
Baked sweet potatoes ( see attached recipe for baking instructions)
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
2 tsp minced onion

Wash and peel the yams. Slice them into French fry-sized pieces.
